If your landing on you neck its probably because your not spinning fast enough and maybe not jumping high enough. However it might be a good idea to build up some strength in your legs and body in order to do free running and le parkour easier.

Parkour is more about getting from A to B as smoothly as possible and getting through any obstacle. Free running is kinda the same thing but with added gymnastic moves like backflips, side flips, etc

your parkour is really good. i can see small improvements need to be made. but your free running needs more work. you should try kong vaults and maybe some spin vaults
