Dass VIVA, MTV, oder sämtliche Mainstream-Radios so etwas heute spielen würden, ist leider undenkbar geworden. Die amerikanische Black&White-Monopolisierung hat sich im Mainstream bereits so fest verankert, dass neue Musikstile, wie damals Dancefloor, kaum Chancen haben. Die Alternative wäre zwar Hands Up, aber hier kommt ja meistens auch nur Scheiße nach, da jeder nur schnelles Geld ohne Qualität machen will. Anders kann ich mir so manche Hands-Up-Kommerzremixes nicht erklären.

perhaps not just that Indalecio14 - by the 80's the production and arrangements of music was getting pretty good - I grew up on the BH version but still prefer this because of the treatment he gives it. remember there were only 3 guys in the crickets (BH's band) so more musos produces more sound and variation to the arrangements. But a songwriter still gives us the best feel for the song in most cases cos they wrote it and feel it more!
